This is the case of<jats:italic>GeoJSON<\/jats:italic>, a specific and popular<jats:inline-formula><jats:alternatives><jats:tex-math>$$\\textit{JSON}$$<\/jats:tex-math><mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1998\/Math\/MathML\"><mml:mi>JSON<\/mml:mi><\/mml:math><\/jats:alternatives><\/jats:inline-formula>data format that is designed to represent geographical information layers.
