Therefore, nine mixtures, three without by-products, three with CDW recycled materials, and three with CF, were used to produce rectangular CPB 20\u00a0cm\u2009\u00d7\u200910\u00a0cm\u2009\u00d7\u20098\u00a0cm (length\u2009\u00d7\u2009width\u2009\u00d7\u2009thickness). Tests, such as water absorption, air void, and compressive strength at 7 and 28\u00a0days, were done on CPB. The results showed that the mix with CDW materials, 75CDW-0.73, presented CPB at 28\u00a0days with the lowest average air void of 11.88%, demonstrating the significant compactness by the jackhammer in mixing recycled aggregates with the water\/cement ratio of 0.73. Furthermore, the mixtures REF-0.63F and REF-0.73 presented CPB at 28\u00a0days with a characteristic compressive strength 139.33% and 148.42% higher than the mix REF-0.63, being a positive effect of CF and water for the mixtures\u2019 workability. Also, the mixtures REF-0.73 and 75CDW-0.73 showed average water absorption below the Brazilian and European specifications of 6%.
