All patients underwent MRI of the knee at three months after surgery to evaluate the signal\u2010to\u2010noise ratio of the interzone.<\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title>Results<\/jats:title><jats:p>There was no difference in the signal\u2010to\u2010noise ratio of the interzone on MRI between the experimental and the control group.<\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title>Conclusions<\/jats:title><jats:p>Adult non\u2010cultivated bone marrow stem cells do not seem to accelerate graft\u2010to\u2010bone healing in ACL reconstruction.
