They were prospectively assigned into two groups: 23 patients into the MR\u2010guided instrumentation (group A) and 21 patients into the CT\u2010guided patient\u2010specific instrumentation (group B). All patients underwent computed tomography of the operated knee in the first week after the surgery to measure the components rotation.<\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title>Results<\/jats:title><jats:p>The femoral component rotation was 0.0\u00b0 (0.0, 1.0) in group A and 0.0\u00b0 (\u22122.0, 1.0) in group B. The tibial component rotation was \u221216.0\u00b0 (\u221219.0, \u221214.0) in group A and \u221215.0\u00b0 (\u221218.0, \u22128.0) in group B. In both components, there were no significant differences between the two groups.
