Combined exercise showed better results on BMC compared to aerobic exercise (<jats:italic>\u03b2<\/jats:italic>\u2009=\u20090.09, 95%CI: 0.05 to 0.13, <jats:italic>p<\/jats:italic>\u2009&lt;\u2009.001).<\/jats:p>\n              <\/jats:sec><jats:sec>\n                <jats:title>Conclusions<\/jats:title>\n                <jats:p>Increased CH content, instead of protein, may be associated with BMD improvements in adolescents with obesity.
