This paper presents a novel calibration source based on X-ray fluorescence (XRF) of light elements. It uses a <jats:inline-formula>\n              <jats:alternatives>\n                <jats:tex-math>$$^{55}$$<\/jats:tex-math>\n                <mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1998\/Math\/MathML\">\n                  <mml:mmultiscripts>\n                    <mml:mrow\/>\n                    <mml:mrow\/>\n                    <mml:mn>55<\/mml:mn>\n                  <\/mml:mmultiscripts>\n                <\/mml:math>\n              <\/jats:alternatives>\n            <\/jats:inline-formula>Fe source to irradiate a two-staged target arrangement, emitting characteristic emission lines from 677\u00a0eV to 6.5\u00a0keV. We demonstrate the potential of this new XRF source to calibrate a 0.75\u00a0g CaWO<jats:inline-formula>\n              <jats:alternatives>\n                <jats:tex-math>$$_4$$<\/jats:tex-math>\n                <mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1998\/Math\/MathML\">\n                  <mml:mmultiscripts>\n                    <mml:mrow\/>\n                    <mml:mn>4<\/mml:mn>\n                    <mml:mrow\/>\n                  <\/mml:mmultiscripts>\n                <\/mml:math>\n              <\/jats:alternatives>\n            <\/jats:inline-formula> crystal of the NUCLEUS and CRAB experiments. Additionally, we introduce CryoLab, an advanced analysis tool for cryogenic detector data, featuring robust methods for data processing, calibration, and high-level analysis, implemented in MATLAB and HDF5.
