The variant of the extraction technique used proved to be very effective. A number of Poaceae-Triticeae taxa [wheat (\n                    <jats:italic>Triticum<\/jats:italic>\n                    sp., the main crop, including\n                    <jats:italic>Triticum aestivum<\/jats:italic>\n                    ), barley (\n                    <jats:italic>Hordeum<\/jats:italic>\n                    sp.)], Fabaceae-Fabeae-Cicereae and Fagaceae (oaks\u2009=\u2009\n                    <jats:italic>Quercus<\/jats:italic>\n                    sp., which constitute new data for the area in question) were identified.
