Such activities were compared with those of normal cells and of cells transformed by Moloney leukamia virus (M\u2010MuLV), lacking oncogene sequences in its genome. While cAMP\u2010dependent protein kinase and casein kinase\u20101 do not undergo significant changes, casein kinase\u20102 rises in both A\u2010MuLV and M\u2010MuLV infected lymphocytes, becoming largely associated with the particulate fraction of transformed cells.
