Here we report a high\u2010resolution three\u2010dimensional X\u2010ray structure of a substrate, ac\u2010Ala\u2010Ala\u2010Pro\u2010Ala\u2010amc (ac. acetyl: amc. amidomethylcoumarin) bound to the active\u2010site of cyclophilin.
