By using the concepts of enzyme latency, the following gradients \u2013 formed after a few seconds following the exposure to H<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>O<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub> \u2013 were estimated in Jurkat T\u2010cells: [H<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>O<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>]<jats:sub>cytosol<\/jats:sub>\/[H<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>O<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>]<jats:sub>peroxisomes<\/jats:sub>=3; [H<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>O<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>]<jats:sub>extracellular<\/jats:sub>\/[H<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>O<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>]<jats:sub>cytosol<\/jats:sub>=7.
