Trophectoderm cells are biopsied after laster zona drilling and culture, fixed and processed for fluorescent <jats:italic>in situ<\/jats:italic> hybridisation (FISH) analysis. Preliminary results on the efficiency of the procedure and blastocyst recovery rate are promising.
