Lang. Eng."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2002,12]]},"abstract":"<jats:p>This paper explores the role of domain information in word sense disambiguation. The underlying hypothesis is that domain labels, such as M<jats:sc>EDICINE<\/jats:sc>, A<jats:sc>RCHITECTURE<\/jats:sc> and S<jats:sc>PORT<\/jats:sc>, provide a useful way to establish semantic relations among word senses, which can be profitably used during the disambiguation process.
