He received the B.Sc. in electrical engineering from Alfateh University, Tripoli, Libya, in 1981, and the M.Sc. and the Ph.D. from the Technical University of Budapest, in 1988 and 1993, respectively. His current research interests include spread spectrum communications and wireless networks. Dr. K.A. Mohamed is now with the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Alfateh, Tripoli, Libya. L\u00b4aszl\u00b4o Pap graduated in 1967 from the Telecommunication Branch of the Electrical Engineering Faculty at the Technical University of Budapest. He received the Cadidate of Sciences and the Academic Doctor of Sciences degrees in 1980 and 1992, respectively. Since 1992 he is a full university professor and head of the Telecommunications Department, and since 1994, dean of the Electrical Engineering and Informatics Faculty.
