The orbital motion of<jats:italic>\u03b2<\/jats:italic>Pictoris b is fit using Markov chain Monte Carlo simulations in Jacobi coordinates. The inner planet,<jats:italic>\u03b2<\/jats:italic>Pictoris c, was also reobserved at a separation of 96 mas, confirming the previous orbital estimations.<\/jats:p><jats:p><jats:italic>Results.<\/jats:italic>From the astrometry of planet b only, we can (i) detect the presence of<jats:italic>\u03b2<\/jats:italic>Pictoris c and (ii) constrain its mass to 10.04<jats:sub>\u22123.10<\/jats:sub><jats:sup>+4.53<\/jats:sup><jats:italic>M<\/jats:italic><jats:sub>Jup<\/jats:sub>. If one adds the astrometry of<jats:italic>\u03b2<\/jats:italic>Pictoris c, the mass is narrowed down to 9.15<jats:sub>\u22121.06<\/jats:sub><jats:sup>+1.08<\/jats:sup><jats:italic>M<\/jats:italic><jats:sub>Jup<\/jats:sub>. The inclusion of radial velocity measurements does not affect the orbital parameters significantly, but it does slightly decrease the mass estimate to 8.89<jats:sub>\u22120.75<\/jats:sub><jats:sup>+0.75<\/jats:sup><jats:italic>M<\/jats:italic><jats:sub>Jup<\/jats:sub>. With a semimajor axis of 2.68\u2005\u00b1\u20050.02 au, a period of 1221\u2005\u00b1\u200515 days, and an eccentricity of 0.32\u2005\u00b1\u20050.02, the orbital parameters of<jats:italic>\u03b2<\/jats:italic>Pictoris c are now constrained as precisely as those of<jats:italic>\u03b2<\/jats:italic>Pictoris b. The orbital configuration is compatible with a high-order mean-motion resonance (7:1).
