O difusor ISONET-LTT<jats:sup>\u00ae<\/jats:sup>, desenvolvido pela Shin-Etsu Chemical Co, mostrou, em trabalhos recentes, ser eficaz na prote\u00e7\u00e3o da vinha contra <jats:italic>L. botrana<\/jats:italic>. Por\u00e9m, a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o repetida de difusores feitos \u00e0 base de polietileno, gera um problema de natureza ambiental, pela acumula\u00e7\u00e3o de pl\u00e1stico na vinha. Recentemente, a mesma empresa desenvolveu um novo difusor feito com materiais biodegrad\u00e1veis, o ISONET-LTT BIO<jats:sup>\u00ae<\/jats:sup>, semelhante aos tradicionais. No presente estudo, que decorreu durante 2020, pretendeu-se avaliar a efic\u00e1cia destes dois modelos de difusores de feromona na prote\u00e7\u00e3o da vinha contra a tra\u00e7a-da-uva na RDD. Adicionalmente, foi tamb\u00e9m avaliado o efeito da altitude na evolu\u00e7\u00e3o da quantidade de feromona libertada por cada modelo. De forma geral, os dois difusores permitiram uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o da intensidade de ataque de <jats:italic>L. botrana<\/jats:italic>, nas tr\u00eas gera\u00e7\u00f5es, com exce\u00e7\u00e3o de algumas parcelas durante o terceiro voo e terceira gera\u00e7\u00e3o. A evolu\u00e7\u00e3o da quantidade de feromona libertada pelos difusores estudados prolongou-se at\u00e9 ao in\u00edcio de agosto. A avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da quantidade de feromona emitida, em miligramas por dia por hectare, permitiu identificar diferen\u00e7as de perdas a cotas diferentes, com maior liberta\u00e7\u00e3o nas cotas mais baixas.
