O comprimento e os \u00e2ngulos dos parafusos em cada uma destas trajet\u00f3rias foram medidos e comparados entre homens e mulheres.<\/jats:p><jats:p>\n          Resultados\u2003O comprimento m\u00e9dio e \u00e2ngulos medial e cranial da trajet\u00f3ria do parafuso C1C2TA foram de 34,12\u2009\u00b1\u20093,19\u2009mm, 6,24\u00b0\u2009\u00b1\u20093,06 e 59,25\u00b0\u2009\u00b1\u20095,68, respectivamente; as medidas da trajet\u00f3ria do parafuso C1LM foram 27,12\u2009\u00b1\u20092,15\u2009mm, 15,82\u00b0\u2009\u00b1\u20095,07 e 13,53\u00b0\u2009\u00b1\u20094,80. O comprimento m\u00e9dio e os \u00e2ngulos medial e cranial da trajet\u00f3ria do parafuso C2P foram de 23,44\u2009\u00b1\u20092,49\u2009mm, 27,40\u00b0\u2009\u00b1\u20094,88 e 30,41\u00b0\u2009\u00b1\u20097,27, respectivamente; as medidas da trajet\u00f3ria do parafuso da pars de C2 foram 16,84\u2009\u00b1\u20092,08\u2009mm, 20,09\u00b0\u2009\u00b1\u20096,83 e 47,53\u00b0\u2009\u00b1\u20096,97. O comprimento m\u00e9dio e \u00e2ngulos lateral e cranial da trajet\u00f3ria do parafuso C2L foram de 29,10\u2009\u00b1\u20092,48\u2009mm, 49,80\u00b0\u2009\u00b1\u20094,71 e 21,56\u00b0\u2009\u00b1\u20097,76, respectivamente. N\u00e3o houve diferen\u00e7as entre os g\u00eaneros, \u00e0 exce\u00e7\u00e3o do comprimento dos parafusos C1C2TA (p\u2009=\u20090,020) e C2L (p\u2009=\u20090,001), que foi maior no sexo masculino do que no feminino.<\/jats:p><jats:p>\n          Conclus\u00e3o\u2003O presente estudo fornece refer\u00eancias anat\u00f4micas para a fixa\u00e7\u00e3o atlantoaxial posterior em uma popula\u00e7\u00e3o portuguesa. Estes dados detalhados s\u00e3o essenciais para ajudar os cirurgi\u00f5es de coluna a colocar os parafusos de maneira segura e
