The Er was implanted at 150 keV with a dose of 1\u00d71015\u2008Er+\u2009cm\u22122 at room temperature. After annealing the sample at 400\u200a\u00b0C during 30 min in a vacuum, the intraionic 4I13\/2\u21924I15\/2 transition was observed. Photoluminescence studies were carried out in the temperature range from 70\u2013250 K under below band gap excitation. The dominant line emission at 1.5353 \u03bcm revealed complex temperature dependence.
