{"status":"ok","message-type":"work","message-version":"1.0.0","message":{"indexed":{"date-parts":[[2026,4,1]],"date-time":"2026-04-01T11:18:07Z","timestamp":1775042287654,"version":"3.50.1"},"reference-count":33,"publisher":"AIP Publishing","issue":"3","content-domain":{"domain":["pubs.aip.org"],"crossmark-restriction":true},"short-container-title":[],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2005,8,1]]},"abstract":"<jats:p>Structure and dielectric characterizations were performed on the (1\u2212x)La(Mg1\u22152Ti1\u22152)O3\u2013xLa2\u22153TiO3 perovskite ceramics with the actual composition 0\u2a7dx\u2a7d0.52. The sequence of structure transformations was detected as x is increased: P21\u2215n(0\u2a7dx&amp;lt;0.3)\u2192Pnma(0.3\u2a7dx&amp;lt;0.37)\u2192Imma(0.37\u2a7dx&amp;lt;0.4)\u2192I2\u2215a(0.4\u2a7dx\u2a7d0.49)\u2192R3\u00afc(0.49&amp;lt;x\u2a7d0.52). The structure evolution from the tilt configuration a\u2212b+a\u2212 to a\u2212a\u2212a\u2212 is considered in terms of competing the repulsive energy and the Madelung energy. Relative permittivity of the ceramics was measured as a function of temperature and La2\u22153TiO3 content. The temperature coefficient of the resonant frequency was found to pass zero value at the narrow compositional range between x=0.49 and 0.52, where the discontinuous I2\u2215a\u2192R3\u00afc crossover occurs.
