Both ferroelectric 180\u00b0 domains and ferroelastic 90\u00b0 domains (twins) are revealed at room temperature. Remarkably, coexisting domains of two types form a well-defined \u201cherringbone\u201d structure with mostly flat 90\u00b0 walls.
