Room temperature dielectric constant of &amp;gt;1600 and dielectric loss of 0.02 are achieved (100Hz). A well-defined hysteresis loop was observed with a Pr of \u223c23\u03bcC\u2215cm2. In particular, the remarkable low Ec of \u223c33kV\u2215cm of these films adds value to the potential application of BiScO3\u2013PbTiO3 films in high temperature ferroelectric memories.
