U.S.A."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[1998,5,26]]},"abstract":"<jats:p>\n            Recent advances in multidimensional NMR methodology have permitted\n solution structures of proteins in excess of 250 residues to be solved.\n In this paper, we discuss several methods of structure refinement that\n promise to increase the accuracy of macromolecular structures\n determined by NMR.
