A microbial protein structure is screened against a database covering the entire available structural space of complexes of known human proteins.<\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title>Availability and implementation<\/jats:title><jats:p>HMI-PRED 2.0 provides user-friendly graphic interfaces for predicting, visualizing and analyzing host\u2013microbe interactions.
