Increasingly, AlphaFold-Multimer is also used to discover new protein\u2013protein interactions (PPIs). Here, we present AlphaPulldown, a Python package that streamlines PPI screens and high-throughput modelling of higher-order oligomers using AlphaFold-Multimer.
