By eliminating MMseqs2\u2019s runtime overhead, we reduced response times to a few seconds at sensitivities close to BLAST.<\/jats:p>\n                  <\/jats:sec>\n                  <jats:sec>\n                    <jats:title>Availability and implementation<\/jats:title>\n                    <jats:p>The app is easy to install for non-experts.
