Here, we present BEL2ABM, a software for producing continuous, dynamic, executable agent-based models from BEL templates.<\/jats:p>\n               <\/jats:sec>\n               <jats:sec>\n                  <jats:title>Availability and implementation<\/jats:title>\n                  <jats:p>The tool has been developed in Java and NetLogo.
