A state observer model is constructed to estimate the unavailable state information. Furthermore, Levy-type noise is considered to analyse small perturbations and to characterize the appearance of large samples that will occur in the system. Lyapunov stability and SMC theory are used to provide some sufficient conditions that ensure the stochastic stability of the error system and reachability of the predefined sliding surface.
