This paper only considers the P-OSL condition without using the quadratically inner-bounded constraint. Firstly, the ILC protocol is designed for such nonlinear MASs. Then, the convergence conditions of the consensus algorithm under a connected communication graph are presented from the viewpoint of dissipativity. It is shown that, on a fixed finite-time interval, the proposed algorithm can achieve perfect consensus tracking.
