Crystals of the oxidized form of this enzyme were obtained using PEG as precipitant and belong to space group <jats:italic>P<\/jats:italic>3<jats:sub>1<\/jats:sub>21 or <jats:italic>P<\/jats:italic>3<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>21, with unit-cell dimensions <jats:italic>a<\/jats:italic> = <jats:italic>b<\/jats:italic> = 106.3, <jats:italic>c<\/jats:italic> = 135.1\u2005\u00c5. There is one monomer of 80\u2005kDa in the asymmetric unit, which corresponds to a Matthews ratio of 2.75\u2005\u00c5<jats:sup>3<\/jats:sup>\u2005Da<jats:sup>\u22121<\/jats:sup>.
