A total of 28 semi\u2010structured interviews (face\u2010to\u2010face or telephone) with 31 visually impaired people were conducted. Framework analysis was used to analyse the results.<\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title content-type=\"abstract-heading\">Findings<\/jats:title><jats:p>This study identified several factors that may affect a visually impaired person's information behaviour.
