TVS\u2019s core business is a small architectural and landscape firm. This case study traces the firm over time, both before and after winning the award. Since 1993, TVS has been successful in improving its quality, despite adverse industry trends. It has grown and diversified into new areas, e.g. hotel management, and property development, and has developed an innovative approach to building management.
