These trade magazines are also useful to information systems faculties for keeping abreast of new developments in IT and for supporting teaching and research. This paper presents the results of a survey which solicited the perception of IS faculties regarding the relative quality and usefulness of the computer print magazines and provides lists of top\u2010ranked ones in support of teaching and research activities. Results of a similar survey for the practitioner are included for comparison.
