Lastly, it intends to explore whether the relationship between the importance of the KM process performance and financial performance indices affects the importance of the financial performance index.<\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title content-type=\"abstract-heading\">Findings<\/jats:title><jats:p>Among KM enablers, the factor strategy and leadership appears to be one of the most significant positive relationships among all of the KM process performance indices.
