The structural equation modeling approach is used to test the proposed model.<\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title content-type=\"abstract-heading\">Findings<\/jats:title><jats:p>The results show that trust at workplace has a mediating effect on organizational knowledge\u2010sharing behavior.
