While previous works just presented attacks and solutions case by case, this paper newly classifies attacks by objectives and methods. Moreover, presents attacks in each of four layers: client, server, network, and environment. Through this systematic classification, solutions can be provided more efficiently against even unknown future attacks.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.1108\/02640470410520122","type":"journal-article","created":{"date-parts":[[2004,2,24]],"date-time":"2004-02-24T18:46:24Z","timestamp":1077648384000},"page":"65-73","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":9,"title":["Taxonomy of online game security"],"prefix":"10.1108","volume":"22","author":[{"given":"Junbaek","family":"Ki","sequence":"first","affiliation":[],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Jung","family":"Hee Cheon","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Jeong\u2010Uk","family":"Kang","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Dogyun","family":"Kim","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]}],"member":"140","reference":[{"key":"key2022020920034828200_B1","unstructured":"Abrash, M.
