The conditions leading to these dictatorships are explained.<\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title content-type=\"abstract-heading\">Findings<\/jats:title><jats:p>Two arts of democracies are discussed and the common parameters of democracies and dictatorships are determined.
