In previous research, a randomized expert system for \u201cIfa\u201d was proposed. In the system, the signatures of the divine\u2010chain are simulated through randomization process from 1 to 16, triggering the inference engine and knowledge base. This system has been experimented and it works.<\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title content-type=\"abstract-heading\">Design\/methodology\/approach<\/jats:title><jats:p>The paper proposes a conceptual analysis and design of KM system for \u201cIfa.\u201d In this system, applying KM to \u201cIfa\u201d oracle consultation plays the core role. Moreover, the formal explanation of the whole process is given.<\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title content-type=\"abstract-heading\">Findings<\/jats:title><jats:p>\u201cIfa\u201d knowledge visualization was designed with <jats:italic>Visual Basic 6.0<\/jats:italic> and <jats:italic>MS\u2010Access<\/jats:italic> for storing \u201cIfa\u201d data.
