Applying Norman\u2019s and Christensen\u2019s technology s\u2010curve, XML\u2010related technologies are currently crossing the transition point, moving from an originally technology\u2010driven product to predominately customer\u2010driven, characterized by a more human\u2010centered product and\/or service. A few application areas are developed based on XML technology to satisfy the changing business needs.
