An iterative design process followed involving the development and testing of prototypes by representative users and stakeholders.<\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title content-type=\"abstract-heading\">Findings<\/jats:title><jats:p>Users' interaction with a digital library is task\u2010oriented and context dependent.
