Second, features of m\u2010commerce are identified by comparing it with current e\u2010commerce through decision tree (DT). Third, with the derived factors from DT, significant factors and relationships among the factors, m\u2010satisfaction and m\u2010loyalty are examined by m\u2010satisfaction model employing structural equation model.<\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title content-type=\"abstract-heading\">Findings<\/jats:title><jats:p>The paper finds that m\u2010commerce is partially similar in factors like \u201ctransaction process\u201d and \u201ccustomization\u201d which lead customer satisfaction after connecting an m\u2010commerce site, but it has unique aspects of \u201ccontent reliability\u201d, \u201cavailability\u201d, and \u201cperceived price level of mobile Internet (m\u2010Internet)\u201d which build customer's intention to the m\u2010commerce site. Through the m\u2010satisfaction model, \u201ccontent reliability\u201d, and \u201ctransaction process\u201d are proven to be significantly influential factors to m\u2010satisfaction and m\u2010loyalty.<\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title content-type=\"abstract-heading\">Research implications\/limitations<\/jats:title><jats:p>The paper can be a meaningful step to provide empirical analysis and evaluation based on questionnaire survey targeting actual users. The research is based on a case study on digital music transaction, which is indicative, rather than general.<\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title content-type=\"abstract-heading\">Practical implications<\/jats:title><jats:p>The paper meets the needs to focus on customer under the fiercer competition in Korean m\u2010commerce market.
