Many countries need SKM guidelines and concepts and will benefit by development of an acceptable and well\u2010substantiated framework.<\/jats:italic><\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title content-type=\"abstract-heading\">Research limitations\/implications<\/jats:title><jats:p><jats:italic>Extensive research should be pursued in scientific, economic, social, and educational fields to identify good SKM options.
