The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of organizational culture on knowledge creation capability.<\/jats:italic><\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title content-type=\"abstract-heading\">Design\/methodology\/approach<\/jats:title><jats:p><jats:italic>The data of 212 Chinese firms collected through face\u2010to\u2010face interview is used to empirically test the hypotheses.<\/jats:italic><\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title content-type=\"abstract-heading\">Findings<\/jats:title><jats:p><jats:italic>This study finds that organizational culture plays a critical role in knowledge creation capability.
