The review covered numerous published books and articles, and looking at the experiences of several organizations.<\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title content-type=\"abstract-heading\">Findings<\/jats:title><jats:p>ES is far from being an IT project, and is more of an integrated organizational development approach that changes the way organizations do business, and the way work is done.
