The purpose of this study is to investigate the multitude of organization\u2010level studies of the impact of IT.<\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title content-type=\"abstract-heading\">Design\/methodology\/approach<\/jats:title><jats:p>Meta\u2010analysis of IS literature from 2001\u20102009.<\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title content-type=\"abstract-heading\">Findings<\/jats:title><jats:p>The findings are synthesized into an overarching framework of the impact of IT at the organization level.
