Hiring and keeping employees is key to sustainable competitive advantage. E\u2010recruiting as a general process is job\u2010specific and offers computer\u2010assisted screening interviews and statistical prediction to aid in reducing recruiting costs, time\u2010to\u2010hire and employee turnover.
