The framework maps the territory of online love by identifying important issues and providing a mechanism for combining relevant theoretical perspectives.<\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title content-type=\"abstract-heading\">Design\/methodology\/approach<\/jats:title><jats:p>Interdisciplinary literature is reviewed and related through normative and descriptive conceptual analysis.<\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title content-type=\"abstract-heading\">Findings<\/jats:title><jats:p>A diverse and complex set of practices, technologies, intentions, and behaviors comprise love online.
