The purpose of this paper is to present a two\u2010phase localization algorithm for WSNs.<\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title content-type=\"abstract-heading\">Design\/methodology\/approach<\/jats:title><jats:p>In the first phase, each sensor node obtains its initial position by DV\u2010hop method.
