Also, maximum buffer size needs to be considered.<\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title content-type=\"abstract-heading\">Practical implications<\/jats:title><jats:p>In general broadcasting systems, the server broadcasts the same data repetitively and clients wait until the first portion of the data is broadcast.
