Furthermore, results reveal that exhaustion and anxiety exhibit a negative influence on employees' work performance.<\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title content-type=\"abstract-subheading\">Originality\/value<\/jats:title><jats:p>This study extends the authors\u2019 understanding of how social stressors and technical stressors are related to work performance.
