The Integrated Chameleon Architecture (ICA) is a public domain toolset for generating translators. However, ica can only handle context\u2010free grammars while the grammar of hypertext is not context\u2010free. This paper presents an extended ICA (E\u2010ICA) which is based on ICA with extra pre\u2010 and post\u2010processors to handle the context\u2010sensitive and implicit information of hypertext. A system called SGML\u2010MUCH has been developed using E\u2010ICA.
