Factor analysis was used to examine the construct validity while multivariate linear regression was used to test criteria validity.<\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title content-type=\"abstract-heading\">Findings<\/jats:title><jats:p>The threat of legislation and regulation (re\u2010active practices) was a consideration that resulted in companies enhancing their environmental, economic, and intangible performance.
